Microneedling

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is the use of small needles to cause tiny punctures in the skin for therapeutic purposes. Microneedling devices cause patterns of tiny holes that stimulate healing in the skin. This process rejuvenates the skin, producing healthier looking skin and an even texture and tone.

At Timeless Asthestetic Injections & MedSpa, we exclusely use the INNOPen Microneedling device. This device is one of only 2 microneedling devices that are FDA approved for use in the United States. This state-of-the-art device is designed specifically for funtionality and accuracy; each of the 13 needles will ALWAYS enter the skin at a perfect 90 degree angle, and will not oscillate as a result of the devices motor.

This means no needle drag, and no excess tissue damage or uneven treatment areas. The needles come in a disposable cartridge specially designed to prevent back-flow, so the device is never contaminated from the previous client, and every client will ALWAYS get a new, fresh, sterile needle cartridge. The needles can penetrate the skin up to 1.0 millimeters to provide a greater stimulus that the at-home microneedling rollers can provide.

What it Can Do

Microneedling can treat uneven skin texture and pigmentation, scars, aged skin, fine lines and wrinkles and stretch marks. The treatment typically takes an hour, from start-to-finish, and the skin typically takes 3 days to recover from the treatment. You can expect to be red and expect some small bleeding from the treatment area.
